Our client is a global investment management house. They are seeking a Client On-boarding Project Manager (Aladdin) to join their successful team on a 12 month contract basis.

The Client On-boarding Project Manager (Aladdin) will take responsibility for the following duties:

• Understanding how client requirements fit inside the Aladdin machinery
• Be accountable to the Investment team, and responsible for ensuring a successful onboarding
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
• Continually look for improvements to our onboarding experience, and streamline global processes
• Translating business requirements and data into a format that internal stakeholders can comprehend
• Manage high volumes of complex onboards at any one time
• Support resolution of any onboarding process issue
• Support the Agile framework, attending ceremonies, collaborative engagements with developers and Business Analysts, User Acceptance Testing, training and sign-off of deliverables
• Drive scalability and efficiency improvements, reducing cost and complexity in the operating model

The Client On-boarding Project Manager (Aladdin) will meet the following criteria:

• Experience in client onboarding is essential
• Knowledge of Aladdin is essential
• Experience working within asset management
• Have a Project Management mindset
