To support our continued growth, we are looking for both Dutch-native and French-native professionals to join our executive search team. This role can be based in either our Ghent or Brussels office.

The Role

As a Client Partner / Senior Consultant, you will manage your own portfolio of clients and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership teams. You will:

• Lead and execute complex executive search assignments from end to end.
• Play an active role in business development, identifying and engaging new clients in Dutch- and/or French-speaking Belgium.
• Provide tailored strategic advice on recruitment and talent-related challenges.
• Guide your clients through the entire recruitment journey - from intake meetings and search strategy design, to competency-based interviews, shortlist presentations, and final candidate onboarding.
• Support both client and candidate during the first year of onboarding, ensuring clear communication and strengthening long-term partnerships.
• Lead and mentor a team of Research Consultants.

Your Profile

• You have at least 10 years of experience advising C-level executives, ideally in people-centric industries.
• You hold a Master's degree.
• You bring a proven track record in business development and building client relationships.
• Experience in leading and developing teams is a strong plus.
• You are intellectually curious, business-minded, and deeply interested in people.
• You are fluent in Dutch and/or French, with excellent command of English.
