We are currently looking for a Client Partner to join our team focusing on Retail.

About the Role:

As a Client Partner, you will play a key role in expanding our offerings and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders in Retail accounts. Whether you're focused on driving growth within high-profile retail organisations or leading the charge in a major banking institution, you'll have the opportunity to sell cutting-edge solutions such as AI tools, cloud infrastructure, Salesforce, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with senior leaders (eg, C-level executives, CISOs) within key retail clients.
  • Identifying opportunities to expand our product and service offerings within existing accounts.
  • Leading complex sales cycles and managing large, high-value deals (ranging from £5M to £50M+).
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of your clients.

Qualifications

Extensive experience (10+ years) in sales and account management preferably within the Retail sector

Required Skills:

  • A proven track record of successfully selling large-scale digital transformation solutions to enterprise-level clients.
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders, understand their business needs, and deliver bespoke solutions.
  • Experience managing large deals (from £5M to £50M+) and navigating complex sales processes.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
