We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our London Client Services Team, delivering brand consulting projects for global clients.
Your role OverviewBrand Potential is a full service brand agency; delivering insight, strategy, innovation, design and PR, globally, to help brand owners unlock the potential of their brands.
Our Consulting business, of c.50 colleagues, is looking for a pro-active Project Manager to join the Client Services Team, based in our London office (Covent Garden). The successful candidate would have the opportunity to work with an impressive array of local and International clients, mostly operating within the FMCG, personal care & media & tech space.
This role is focussed on the commercial operations of the business, as well as the day-to-day running of projects; liaising with clients, internal colleagues, suppliers and partner agencies to ensure seamless delivery; maintaining the highest quality of service, at all times.
We are looking for someone who has had experience in managing adhoc projects in a fast-paced, client-centric environment - ideally within a brand, marketing, market research, communication, advertising or PR agency / consultancy.
The role requires a highly organised individual, who can use their initiative to flex according to client needs, solve problems as they arise, apply creative thinking and work as part of a team; promoting a calm, positive and efficient working environment.

Your RoleWorking as part of the Client Services Team (team of 4-5 individuals), in collaboration with the wider Brand Potential Consulting team - c.50 colleagues. You will be involved in projects from the start (project briefing) to the final debrief and beyond; client-facing and contributing at each stage of the process.
Managing adhoc insight / innovation / strategy / design projects:
- Support in designing research & delivery to meet clients' needs.
- Being the client liaison and day-to-day point of contact.
- Liaising with suppliers and partner agencies (internationally).
- Co-ordinating and managing project kick-offs, recruitment, fieldwork, logistics and any stimulus / materials required for consumer research projects.
- Setting up consumer panels / fieldwork software and managing tech.
- Set-up, material generation and logistics / travel arrangements for meetings, workshops and events.
- Desk research, panel moderation, note-taking, contributing to analysis sessions etc.
Managing Costs & Commercials:
- Obtaining, negotiating and managing external supplier costs.
- Liaising with and negotiating costs for external associates / freelancers.
- Managing commercial costing, delivery efficiency, cost control and profitability of projects.
Managing internal working practices:
- Supporting with workload management and resource planning across the team.
- Develop and embed working protocols, practices and behaviours.
