Main duties of the job

The opportunity As Clinical Lead, you will:

• Provide support to theatre manager and deputise when required
• Provide support and guidance to existing theatre team providing mentorship and training
• Coordinate Theatre Department
• Be a positive role model to all staff
• Demonstrate high level of clinical skill across multiple areas in theatre

The person To succeed as a Clinical Lead you will need:

• Previous leadership roles/qualification
• ODP/RN/mentorship is beneficial
• Be able to make confident decisions and have challenging conversations
• 5 years post qualification experience required as minimum
