Clinical Lead nights 38.5 hours, starting salary £47000

Are you ready to step into a unique clinical role where you can make a difference to children's lives?

We're thrilled to announce a rare opening for the position of Clinical Lead to work nights at The Lighthouse. The Lighthouse is a 4-bedded child and adolescent mental health unit based in Darwen, Lancashire. The service is an independent hospital delivered by Associated Wellbeing, providing step-down from child and adolescent mental health inpatient units. The Lighthouse has its own in-house multi-disciplinary team made up of Nurses, Clinical Psychologists, Consultant Psychiatrists, and Registered Social Workers, with whom you would work closely as Clinical Lead.

Main Duties of the Job

What We Want From You

  1. You must be a qualified Nurse, preferably a Mental Health Nurse, although not compulsory.
  2. You must have previous management experience, as the role of Clinical Lead requires you to line manage Nurses and Health Care Assistants.
  3. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate others.
  4. Commitment to upholding the highest standards of care, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
  5. Passion for making a difference in the lives of the children we care for.
