Job Title: Clinical Locality Lead

Location: Homebased with regional travelthroughout the UK

Salary: Up to£70.000 DOE, plus car allowance

Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours perweek

About the role

Weare looking for outstanding trauma and neurodevelopmentaldifferences-informed individuals with strong and proven leadershipand management skills. The post holders will hold responsibilityfor managing lead clinicians and supporting the leadership anddevelopment of locality-based multi-disciplinary clinical teams.The teams comprise of, but are not limited to Psychology andPsychotherapy, Speech and Language Therapy and OccupationalTherapy

Working independently within the overallframework of the service policies and procedures you will supportthe integration of their specific service in the day-to-day runningof each provision. A key aspect of the role will be qualityassuring the delivery of informed clinical interventions at auniversal, enhanced and specialist level to support our wider teamsin meeting our people's needs in line with set Education, Healthand Care Plans (EHCP).

Essential Criteria:

QualifiedPractitioner Psychologist, Nurse (any relevant specialismconsidered), Social Worker, Speech and Language Therapist, orOccupational Therapist.

Registeredwith the HCPC or other recognised professional body.

Full UK Valid driving licenceand access to own vehicle

Experience inmanaging multi-disciplinary and/or multi-site teams

Experience ofworking with people who have an intellectual disability and/orautism with additional needs (e.g. complex trauma, mental healthneeds, behaviours of concern)

Demonstrableability to lead and manage strategically

Ability towork collaboratively with a range of key partners

Able to worksensitively with people and resolve conflict effectively

Evidence ofcontinuing professional development relevant to thesetting

Experience oflecturing/teaching/training

Skills incollecting and analysing data
