The Clinical Negligence team offers expert advice to individuals and families who have suffered medical injuries due to treatment, surgery, or misdiagnosis. The team handles a wide range of claims, including birth injuries, cosmetic surgery, dental or hospital negligence, medical misdiagnosis, and medical or surgical negligence.

The firm is open to the PQE level of applicants; however, you must have experience handling complex Clinical Negligence files.
