Clinical Negligence Solicitor

Regional, multi-service law firm looking to recruit an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor into their Coventry offices.

Within this Clinical Negligence Solicitor position, your role may consist of:

1. Working alongside the PI team to support when you can
2. Running your own Clinical Negligence caseload including litigated matters
3. Travelling to meet clients face-to-face
4. Attending Court hearings
5. Liaising with medical experts, Barristers and other third parties
6. Preparing and drafting documents
7. Valuing claims and dealing with settlement negotiations

The successful candidate for this Clinical Negligence Solicitor role will ideally have 5+ years PQE, a strong billing history, and a track record of dealing with high-value claims. Excellent client care skills are also essential.
