Key Responsibilities:- Manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims from inception to resolution.
- Handle complex matters of medical negligence claims.
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare cases for settlement or litigation.
- Liaise with clients, medical experts, and counsel to progress cases effectively.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, maintaining the highest level of client care.
- Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in clinical negligence.
- Strong technical knowledge of clinical negligence law and litigation procedures.
- Ability to independently manage a complex caseload while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and client care skills, with a compassionate and professional approach.
