We are looking to recruit an experienced Pain Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) band 7, to join our friendly and forward thinking team at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert clinical care, managing patient pain, and supporting the multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide specialist pain management advice and support to patients and families.
2. Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with complex pain issues.
3. Develop and implement individualized care plans.
4. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
5. Participate in clinical audits and research activities.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Registered Nurse with relevant experience in pain management.
2. Advanced clinical assessment skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
