Clinical Research Coordinator // Ludwigshafen, Germany

Hobson Prior is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator for a part-time contract role in Ludwigshafen, Germany. This position involves supporting a melanoma study, requiring 8 hours of work per week on a flexible day. The role is available immediately and will continue until the end of June 2025.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare for patient visits, including lab work, vital signs, and questionnaires.
• Document patient visits and manage data entry.
• Set up tablets for patient use and provide training.
• Oversee lab sample collection and shipment (IATA Certificate required).
• Communicate with clinical research associates about queries and follow-ups.
• Upload CT/MRI scans and maintain site files.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator and working in study teams.
• Familiarity with oncology terms, especially melanoma studies.
• Experience with Medidata RAVE and Clinphone systems.
• Valid GCP and IATA training certificates.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Reside near Ludwigshafen or Mannheim.
