The Clinical Director is responsible for direct clinical supervision, program design, implementation, evaluation, and refinement of the RAPP program.

ResponsibilitiesCore responsibilities include:
- Providing weekly clinical and administrative supervision to 8-9 RAPP Coordinators.
- Co-facilitating weekly RAPP team meetings and group supervisions.
- Hiring and onboarding all new hires.
- Providing opportunities for clinical growth to the RAPP team by:
- Facilitating in-house clinical trainings.
- Seeking and coordinating outside trainings.
- Overseeing the collection of detailed program data and the creation of timely and accurate reports submitted to funders, Rising Ground's PEM department, and other stakeholders as necessary.
- Collaborating on all contract management work including budget creation, modification, and expenditure tracking with support from the Vice President, STEPS to End Family Violence.
- Actively engaging with key RAPP stakeholders to ensure the successful operation of RAPP programming and partnerships.
- Working collectively with the RAPP team to identify opportunities for program improvement and evolution that is responsive to the needs and wants of the young people engaged in RAPP programming.
- Participating in weekly STEPS leadership team meetings.
- Other duties as required.
- LCSW required.
- 6+ years of experience working with youth or adolescents or in school-based settings; comfort with safety assessment.
- Supervision and management experience required.
- Abiding commitment to supporting and nurturing the holistic well-being of adolescents.
- Deep familiarity with the nuances of intimate partner violence.
- Meaningful commitment to practicing from a healing-centered, anti-oppressive stance.
- Highly organized, self-motivated worker who can easily manage competing demands.
- Creative problem-solver who anticipates challenges and seizes opportunities for collaboration.
- Able to implement vision, think strategically, exercise good judgment, and lead change.
- High level of self-awareness and ability to give and receive feedback well.
- Impeccable attention to detail, systems, and processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- LCSW required (within 6 months of hire).
- 3+ years of experience working with youth or adolescents or in school-based settings; comfort with safety assessment.
- Supervision and management experience preferred.
- Abiding commitment to supporting and nurturing the holistic well-being of adolescents.
- Deep familiarity with the nuances of intimate partner violence.
- Meaningful commitment to practicing from a healing-centered, anti-oppressive stance.
- Highly organized, self-motivated worker who can easily manage competing demands.
- Creative problem-solver who anticipates challenges and seizes opportunities for collaboration.

Hybrid Role: 2 days remote, 3 days in-office.
Starting Annual Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00.
