Collections Account Manager

Location: Surrey (hybrid)

Salary: To £40,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits

Our client is a fast-growing asset finance company who specializes in the provision of Asset Finance.

They are looking to expand their team due to growth and are seeking a Collections Account Manager.

Responsibilities:

Support the recovery of debts and assets by liaising with external Solicitors and a Debt Collection Agency.
Legally represent our client in collections matters.
Gather case evidence and documentation by reviewing customer contracts and activity to establish a timeline of events and generate legal files.
Understand and apply contractual and legal FCA regulations in day-to-day work.
Contact customers to inform them of their overdue payments and organize payment of outstanding monies.
