What you'll do

As a Commercial Analyst, you will provide insights into the end-to-end logistics chain, assessing performance against budget, forecasting, and tracking key commercial KPIs. Your output will be shared with senior leaders in weekly and monthly meetings to support strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Data Collection & Analysis - Gathering, interpreting, and analysing data from both internal teams (logistics, finance) and external third-party sources.
  • Reporting & Insights - Developing reports that measure logistics performance, budget adherence, and commercial KPIs.
  • Collaboration - Working closely with internal and external teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

This role is integral to optimizing Vodafone's logistics operations, ensuring data-driven decisions that enhance efficiency and profitability.

Who you are

This analytical role requires the individual to be well organised with a keen attention to detail whilst being approachable maintaining a positive relationship with external parties. You will need to successfully examine and assess data from a variety of sources, ranging from logistical data, pricing data to customer segment profiles and cost data.

In terms of technical skills, we will look for:

  • Financial and performance based KPI management.
  • Experience with online analytic tools such as Tableau / Adobe Analytics.
  • Power BI knowledge.
  • SQL knowledge - nice to have.
