What we're looking forWe are looking for a hard-working, commercially-minded generalist to join us. You may be new to sales or B2B SaaS, but you'll be hungry to learn by doing and have a massively accelerated career trajectory.
You'll be joining us at an incredibly exciting time, just as things are starting to take off! We're a Series A company having raised $25m from Accel, Point Nine, First Round, and 50+ renowned founders and industry experts. We've built an incredible & passionate team - every member was a top performer at their previous business.
We've spent the past 18 months building & deploying our platform to many of the greatest tech companies out there, all whilst managing to stay lean & operate efficiently.
Omnea operates as a meritocracy and the right person will progress rapidly. Within 12-24 months you'll move into a managerial role or a more senior customer-facing role, whether that's sales, customer success, or solutions consulting.
What Can You Expect?You'll be an early commercial hire at one of Europe's most promising early-stage companies working alongside an experienced team who have done this before & worked with the best investors and teams out there.
You'll be the engine for Omnea's future growth and will learn first-hand how to build a go-to-market function from scratch and scale to $millions in ARR.
Your role will start broad and your time will be split across demand generation / business development, working with our CEO and Commercial Lead on all sales activities & early deployments, and all other activities that drive our revenue growth & help us build our GTM function.
You'll spend about half of your time on demand generation - strategically identifying, prospecting, and qualifying prospective customers to generate interest in our technology & to build pipeline for future growth.
You'll spend the rest of your time helping to drive our go-to-market function and supporting our CEO and Commercial Lead in all commercial activities.
Given the broad scope & impact of this role, you will receive a bonus based on overall company revenue as well as individual pipeline created.
Our expectation is that you put yourself forward for a team lead/managerial-level role after 12-24 months.
You have a constant focus on growth and will succeed at whatever you put your mind to. You're intelligent & can work stuff out from first principles. You're hard-working and willing to roll up your sleeves to do whatever. You're entrepreneurial and will make an excellent future commercial leader and/or founder.
You have 1-4 years of experience succeeding in a B2B SaaS sales role or something comparable.
You like to roll up your sleeves & get stuck in.
You're entrepreneurial and want to be part of building a business.
You love winning & hate losing and are happiest when working really hard and solving challenging problems/winning deals.
You've consistently performed in the top percentile of whatever environment you've been in.
You're intelligent and have the capacity to understand our product inside and out.
You're a master at nurturing relationships and have the gravitas to network with and sell to senior leadership.
You're an outstanding communicator; verbal, written, and when presenting.
