Commercial Contract Lawyer

Seeking a commercial contracts lawyer for a well-known fashion brand to support with contract negotiation. Initially 5 months full time with the possibility of extension.

Our client is the owner of several well-known global fashion brands. They are looking for commercial contract support on a full time basis for 5 months with the possibility to extend. Reporting to the Global General Counsel, the successful candidate will support both the EMEA and US teams with commercial contract negotiation, predominantly IT contracts, logistics agreements, and general procurement. This flexible role is fully remote with the option of attending the London office if the candidate would like to. It is assumed to be inside IR35.
