Commercial Contracts lawyer

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a growing law firm based in West Yorkshire. They are seeking a Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join their team.

If you have experience in Commercial Contracts Law and are looking for a new challenge, then this role could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This role pays a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum depending on experience.

Responsibilities of the Commercial Contracts Lawyer:

• Handling contracts caseload from start to completion.
• Drafting high value and complex contract documentation.
• Advising clients on the legal implications of terms of contract.
• Experience in negotiating and drafting.

About you as a Contracts Lawyer:

• 4+ years of PQE in Commercial Contracts law.
• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
