Commercial Contracts Manager - In-house

Our client is looking for a Commercial Contracts Manager. Candidates must be able to point to a proven track record in commercial contract negotiation relating to public sector procurement.

Based in London, this company has a hybrid working policy but would prefer employees to be in the office 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contracts and agreements including framework agreements, SaaS, software, MSAs, and consultancy agreements.
• Working with colleagues to ensure commercial contracts (both supplier and customer) are fit for purpose.
• Assisting with related commercial and legal issues.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of two years of experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing public sector commercial contracts, and related public sector procurement experience.
• Significant experience drafting and negotiating public sector procurement.
• Good communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• A commercial/business outlook to their work.

Our client envisages that candidates with at least 2 years' experience will have the relevant skills/knowledge for this position. This has been given as an approximate guide, and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this range but who have the relevant experience.
