What does a UK Commercial Finance Director do at Hogarth?This role is based in London and will be focused on driving margin growth across the UK business. This role will report directly into the UK Finance Director.
- Lead the business through the commercial landscape and help the company achieve and maintain a trajectory of profitable growth.
- Understand advertising production, and bring innovation to the ways of working.
- Manage an agreed portfolio of UK clients.
- Client & Service profitability taking remedial action on low margin/loss making accounts.
- Deliver Commercial Training to the business.
- Procurement.
- Client price increases.
- Review of non-billable roles & time.
- Provide commercial thought leadership and be responsible for problem solving.
- Support non-client specific Ops projects.
- Our location-agnostic approach requires decision making to be globally coordinated, globally optimal, and locally sympathetic. Flexibility to be available as required by the client, both in terms of timing and location is important, so some out of hours commitments and business travel will be a feature of the role.
- Define and implement process and commercial policy changes, roll these out, and ensure global compliance.
This role reports to the UK Finance Director. You will work closely with the business and the global commercial team.
