Our Essex client is looking for an experienced EHO/Food Safety Officer to join their Food Safety team on a 6 months contract. The role consists of:

• Category A-E's, unrated food premises inspections
• Complaint response

The ideal candidate will have experience in all categories of food inspections, EHRB registration, up-to-date CPD and competency framework, and experience with Uniform.

They are looking to get someone in at the start of March.

Rates: £38 - 45 per hour (DOE)
