Commercial Gas Engineer - Portsmouth / Southampton - £40 - 50K plus travel time

I am currently representing an excellent building services company in need of a commercial gas engineer to operate across Portsmouth, Southampton, Winchester, and Salisbury service contract areas.

The company employs over 150 staff, including engineers across various disciplines such as heating, cooling, mechanical, electrical, and general M&E maintenance.

Your responsibilities will include providing service, maintenance, and reactive works to commercial boilers, plant rooms, and mechanical systems. The company offers excellent career development opportunities and long-term job security for career-minded professionals.

In return, my client offers:

• Salary of £40 - 50K (depending on experience)
• The first 30 minutes of travel to work in the morning and the last 30 minutes of travel home at the end of the day are in your own time; travel beyond this and outside of core hours will be paid.

• Call out 1 in 7 - £200 retainer, 1.5x rate, and door-to-door when called
