What You'll Do
- Strategic Supplier Partnerships
Define and execute BDB Group's supplier strategy to foster relationships that deliver innovation, efficiency, and long-term value. Cultivate high-impact partnerships with influencers, production partners, and key suppliers to support BDB Group's creative vision and achieve sustainable growth. - Empower Internal Teams to Win
Equip internal teams with advanced skills and tools to excel in commercial negotiations with clients and suppliers. Provide expert guidance on deal structuring, procurement tactics, and contract management, empowering the organization to navigate complex procurement environments with confidence. - Revolutionise Deal-Making
Push boundaries with forward-thinking deal structures, including performance-based agreements and other innovative pricing models. Create agreements that balance risk and reward while amplifying the impact of influencer marketing and content production. - Be the Face of Procurement Excellence
Represent BDB Group as a thought leader in innovative procurement and commercial strategy. Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to engage clients, suppliers, and stakeholders, positioning BDB Group as a leader in the evolving procurement landscape. - Optimize Financial and Operational Efficiency
Partner with Operations to ensure procurement budgets, resources, and processes are optimised for efficiency and scalability. Align supplier capabilities with BDB Group's creative and operational objectives to deliver high-quality outcomes within budgetary constraints. - Set High Standards for Supplier Performance
Establish and oversee performance-based metrics to ensure suppliers consistently meet quality, innovation, and cost-efficiency benchmarks. Negotiate contracts that inspire accountability and excellence, balancing supplier incentives with business objectives.
