Job Description

We are looking for a Commercial Lawyer to work within public sector.

Location: Hybrid working - East Midlands

About the role: You will be responsible providing advice and support on the development of legal aspects of IT and indirect procurement strategy.

Essential Skills: The ideal candidates will have an extensive Commercial Lawyer background and post-qualification experience in Law, with the following skills/experience:

3+ years post qualification experience (PQE) in commercial contracts/IT law or equivalent.
Knowledge of public procurement law.
Experience of advising on the form of contracts and associated contract management.
Experience of Framework call offs.
Experience in Public Contract Regulations 2015 and/or CCS Framework Agreement (Desired)
