Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Chief Strategy and Growth Officer, the Commercial Lead will play a crucial role in expanding the business and increasing revenue.
  • Define and communicate the platform's unique value proposition, differentiating it from competitors in the OOH space.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior advertising decision-makers, including Client and Business Directors at agencies and brands.
  • Drive new business opportunities, ensuring a strong pipeline of leads and regular engagement with key stakeholders.
  • Convert initial conversations into briefs and progress them into confirmed deals.
  • Support leadership in high-level strategic engagements with CEOs and Chief Investment Officers.
  • Lead and execute strategic sales plans, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing large-scale advertising deals.
  • Manage and grow a team of Ad-Executives, supporting major campaign upsells.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and insights to leadership.
  • Develop and implement annual and quarterly business plans to drive sustained revenue growth.
  • Identify and cultivate unique advertising opportunities that generate incremental revenue.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of media sales experience, with a strong network within the top six media agencies and key specialists.
  • Deep understanding of OOH advertising, preferably digital.
  • A proven ability to secure deals with major brands, positioning OOH as a key part of their media strategy.
  • Strong negotiation skills, ensuring maximum value for both clients and the business.
  • Experience in long-term contract development, especially for multinational clients.
  • Ability to work within agency partners, fostering strong relationships and driving business from within.
  • A creative problem-solver, comfortable challenging clients and positioning this platform as a must-have solution.
