A top-tier law firm in Northern Ireland is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution Solicitor (3-8 PQE) to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside industry-leading practitioners on high-profile and complex commercial disputes.

Based in Belfast, this role offers exposure to a broad range of disputes, including:

• Commercial litigation and contractual disputes.
• Privacy & data security matters.
• Intellectual property and technology-related disputes.
• Alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.

You will work with a diverse client base, including multinational corporations, financial institutions, and high-growth businesses, providing strategic, commercial, and solutions-driven advice.

• Qualified Solicitor (NI, England & Wales, or ROI) with 3-8 years PQE in commercial litigation/dispute resolution.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Experience managing complex disputes and working with high-profile clients.
• Excellent client relationship and business development abilities.
