Job Description

A newly created opportunity has arisen for an Interim Commercial Manager to support a leading autism charity through a key transformation project within its Diagnostic Assessment Service. This is a 9-month contract, playing a vital role in operational delivery, commercial development, and external partner integration during a pivotal period of service expansion.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Act as the central point of contact for new partner organisations, supporting the delivery of high-quality assessments
  • Lead communication, due diligence, and onboarding processes for new delivery partners
  • Support implementation of a new clinical records system, ensuring compliance with security and legal standards
  • Contribute to the development of digital triage and pre-assessment tools to improve the service user journey
  • Monitor service delivery and commercial performance, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth
  • Report on KPIs including assessment volumes, income generation, and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and oversee effective internal communication
  • Coordinate project governance processes in line with internal quality assurance and reporting frameworks
  • Lead the Clinical Governance Quality Assurance Group, planning agendas and audits in collaboration with clinical leads
  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks in partnership with senior leadership

Ideal candidate profile:

  • Proven experience in commercial oversight and project delivery within a healthcare or not-for-profit environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across internal and external partners
  • High level of IT proficiency, including data analysis and project tracking
  • Effective at managing budgets, income generation, and performance reporting
  • Previous experience leading service transformation or business development initiatives
  • Degree-level education or equivalent, with strong organisational and line management experience

Location: Bromley

Salary: £45,000-£50,000

Working hours: Full time
