Venn Group are partnered with a leading and forward-thinking East Midlands firm who are looking for an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join their respected team.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a thriving legal practice while enjoying an energising work environment.

As a Senior Commercial Lawyer you would be responsible for a mixed caseload of commercial matters including commercial contracts, IT/tech agreements, and terms and conditions.

Qualifications:

1. Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with over 6 years PQE
2. Experience in a variety of commercial matters
3. Good communication, negotiation, and client management skills
