We are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join our team in our Salisbury office.

The candidate

• Able to work well under pressure and to deadlines;
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• The ability to build working relationships and work collaboratively;
• Have excellent attention to detail;
• Be able to work self-sufficiently and as part of a team;
• Meet billing and time recording targets;
• Have a proven track record of managing a varied caseload of Commercial Property work.

The role

• Managing a full caseload of Commercial Property work;
• Sale and purchase of commercial freehold and leasehold properties;
• Landlord and tenant matters;
• Acquisition and sale of property for development, land promotion, options, conditional contract and coverage;
• Acting for lender and pension schemes;
• Be able to work on your own initiative with support from an established team.
