Commercial Property Lawyer

Service Care Legal are currently recruiting on behalf of a London Borough Council who are seeking a Senior Property Lawyer to join them on a contract basis. Please find below further details with regards to this position.

ROLE: Senior Property Lawyer
LOCATION: South London / remote
RATE: £45.00 to £55.00 per hour
CONTRACT: 6 months with possibility of extension

Please note that this position would require office attendance 1 day per week.

The Role

• To manage a full caseload of complex commercial property matters through to completion
• Matters will include sales, purchases, leases, licences etc.
• Good understanding of land title matters and relevant legislation relating to property transactions

The Person

• A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with a minimum of 2 years' PQE
• Experienced in managing complex caseloads of Commercial Property matters
• Previous local authority experience would be essential for this position
