Commercial Property Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside an expanding Law firm based in Lancashire. They are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team on a full-time basis.
If you have experience in Property Law and are looking for a new challenge, then this role could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This role pays a competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 per annum depending on experience.

Responsibilities as a Commercial Property Solicitor:

• Handle your own Property Caseload from start to completion.
• Negotiate and draft transactional paperwork, providing advice and guidance to clients.
• Provide great client care at all times and maintain a professional approach.

About you as a Commercial Property Solicitor:

• Strong knowledge and understanding of property law.
• A minimum of 3 years PQE within a commercial property department advising and representing clients on a range of real estate matters.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
