Commercial Property Solicitor

We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced and motivated commercial property solicitor to join a highly regarded firm with a strong presence across the Gloucestershire and Herefordshire market.

My client is looking for someone to take on a full and varied caseload, with one eye on progressing to a position of leadership in the near future. Typical matters that the successful candidate will handle include:

1. Commercial Leases
2. Landlord and Tenant Matters
3. Sale and Purchases of all types of commercial property
4. Developments including options overage agreements and conditional contracts
5. Rent reviews
6. Lease renewals

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years PQE handling commercial conveyancing transactional work.

Salary: £48,000-£60,000 depending on experience.

Hybrid working available.
