Commercial Property Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a leading law firm based in Worcestershire. We are looking for a professional with at least 5 years of experience in commercial property law to provide expert advice across a range of commercial property transactions.

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will work on diverse matters including leases, sales, purchases, and re-mortgages. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the Corporate & Commercial teams to support clients on business transactions involving commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide expert legal advice on commercial property transactions such as leases, sales, purchases, and re-mortgages.
  2. Draft, review, and amend legal documents, including transaction reports for clients and lenders.
  3. Develop expertise in the firm's case management system to streamline your workflow.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues within the department and maintain strong relationships with clients.

What We Are Looking For:
  1. Qualified Solicitor with a focus on Commercial Property.
  2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in handling commercial property transactions.
  3. Strong knowledge of relevant property law and practices, particularly conveyancing.
  4. Excellent communication skills, keen attention to detail, and ability to work well within a team.
