The Candidate:

This role calls for an ambitious Lawyer looking to embark on a career in energy.

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
• Strong background in commercial real estate transactions.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Interest in or prior experience with real estate in the energy sector.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and manage client relationships effectively.

The Role:

• Manage a diverse range of real estate transactions.
• Provide legal advice on real estate aspects of energy projects, such as wind, solar, and infrastructure developments.
• Support high-profile clients across the UK and internationally.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams.
• Operate in a dynamic environment, handling high-value and complex transactions.
