Commercial Solicitor - Sport

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-known sporting organisation based in Lancashire, we're looking for a junior commercial lawyer to support the Head of Legal with a range of commercial and regulatory work.

The Role:

- Drafting and reviewing a range of contracts including; NDAs, supplier agreements and Saas and other IT related contracts;
- Working closely with other teams around the business including procurement and operations;
- IP;
- Data protection; and
- Regulatory, consumer and charities work.

This role would be best suited to a commercial lawyer from NQ - 2 years PQE, if recently qualified then a good foundation in contract law is essential.

This is a rare role within sport with a friendly and supportive team.
