NQ - 4 YEARS PQE COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR!

My client is a highly regarded, dynamic and multi service Legal 500 law firm based in Reading. An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a Commercial Solicitor to join their top tier ranked department.

The specialist commercial team acts on behalf of a range of clients across different sectors.

The caseload will include matters such as:

• Commercial ventures/partnering
• Confidentiality agreements/NDAs
• Franchising
• IP
• Sponsorship
• Consultancy agreements
• Copyright advice
• Data protection
• Trademarks
• Construction

The role would suit a commercial lawyer, from NQ to around 4 years PQE and above. My client is open to applications from those currently undertaking a mixed corporate commercial role, albeit this position will be purely within commercial law.
