Job Description

Since 1962 the National Autistic Society has been campaigning to transform lives, change attitudes and create a society that works for autistic people. In National Programmes we champion the rights and interests of autistic people and their families, making sure national policy and legislation reflect their needs. We provide autism training and best practice services and want all autistic people to have access to services and support that fully meet their needs. We provide diagnostic services, training, accreditation, consultancy and conferences, designed to support all professionals and organisations.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate to join the community fundraising team, within Supporter Fundraising.

The new role will be an exciting opportunity to support our committed and dynamic supporters in planning their own fundraising activities. The role will also be focused on tracking key metrics including merchandise sales, and will play a crucial part in delivering our annual Christmas cards campaign.

The Community Fundraising Officer will sit within a fun, collaborative team. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic team player, who is excited by the prospect of working on community fundraising and keeping up with new sector trends.

This is a permanent role working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
