Your new company
I am currently working with a key client of mine who is an award-winning financial services organisation. Due to workload, they are looking for a temporary administrator to join the complaints team on an initial 4-week basis.
Your new role
You will be providing administrative and data entry support to the complaints team where you will be expected to input complaint information accurately and efficiently into an internal database for processing. There is no phone work required for this role, but you may be expected to support with any other administrative tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have recent administrative experience within a professional / financial services environment. You must be immediately available and have excellent attention to detail.
What you'll get in return
This is a full-time, temporary role for 37.5 hours per week. The position is hybrid and once fully confident using the systems, you will be able to work from home 2 days a week. Initial 4-week assignment that is likely to extend and be ongoing due to workload. City centre location
