Job duties:

Advising on complex titles, leasehold matters, and multi-property developments.
Managing intricate property portfolios for a range of high-profile clients.
Resolving complex legal disputes and negotiating contracts for high-value transactions.
Supporting junior team members and contributing to departmental strategy.

Job requirements:

5+ years' PQE in Residential Property or Conveyancing.
Proven experience handling complex and technical transactions.
Strong attention to detail, technical expertise, and compliance knowledge.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-driven approach.
