How do we work?

Joining us you will be a part of a perfectly formed in-house Creative Team based in the UK and Poland. You will report into the Head of Creative Strategy and be tasked with creating a variety of engaging assets. You might have a copy background or an art direction one - you might even be able to do a little of both.

Are you passionate about making the most complex messages beautifully simple? Do you get excited by the 'big idea'? Then you could be just who we're looking for to join us!

We work in a hybrid model - we'd love to meet you in the office from time to time concerning your commitments.

It is a fixed-term contract for a period of 6 months with the possibility to extend it.

In this role, you will:

1. Come up with fresh, exciting concepts for everything from YouTube to email to OOH (Out-of-Home advertising).
2. Take projects from brief to final delivery.
3. Develop a thorough understanding of trading.
4. Translate complex information into simple clear messaging.
5. Work well with the rest of the Creative Team and others throughout the business.

What skillsets do you need to be successful in this role?

1. Min. 5 years of experience in similar positions, in an advertising agency or Client-side.
2. Passionate about coming up with creative ideas and confident about pitching, presenting and championing ideas.
3. A first-class communicator, both on the page and orally.
4. Has the rigor and attention to detail to work in a highly regulated sector.
5. Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The candidates are obligated to show examples of their previous work by sharing a link to their portfolio.

Nice to have:

Experience of working within the financial sector or knowledge of trading.
