• Manage your own patient list-capped to ensure quality care.
• Conduct home visits, remote consultations, and in-person assessments.
• Work flexibly, with control over your schedule.
• Become a trusted advocate for your patients, with time to follow up and provide holistic care.
• Be part of a tight-knit clinical team, fully supported by practice management and nursing staff.

What You Get: Clear & Transparent Pay:

• Starting salary: £110K
• After 1 year: £115K
• After 2 years: £120K
