Construction Manager

Location: France (Base Location) - EU Citizen required (Must be able to travel across the EU)

Mode of Employment: Full-time/Contract

Scope of Work:

The Construction Support Manager will oversee installation tracking, scheduling, and execution for new facility installations, including racks, conveyors, and other industrial systems. The role requires strong coordination between contractors, design teams, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and manage the installation schedule for new facility infrastructure.

• Oversee the installation of racks, conveyors, and other industrial systems.

• Interpret and work with construction documents, ensuring compliance with construction codes and land use ordinances.

• Coordinate and supervise contractors to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.

• Ensure adherence to project performance goals and industry best practices.

• Sequence and coordinate project activities in line with the overall project schedule.

• Evaluate construction methods and contractor performance for continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with design and construction teams, utilizing advanced technical tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in construction management within industrial or logistics environments.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and in teams.

• Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and distribution conveying (DC) systems.

• Proficiency in construction coordination, including trade competency and contractor management.

• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Navisworks, MS Office, and MS Project.

• Ability to analyze and optimize design and construction models.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Requirements:

• EU Citizenship (Mandatory) - Must be available to travel across the EU as needed.
