The primary purpose of this role is to help to drive these by writing and producing relevant and timely communications that achieve reach and impact. These will be brilliantly crafted, well-sourced and accurate, and will engage diverse global teams through optimal formats, people and channels.
You will be a strong writer, able to deliver clear, concise and audience-relevant copy, while applying a high level of attention to detail.
You will work effectively with colleagues to source, develop, check and approve content.
You will be a team player, who enjoys working closely and collaboratively with others to drive impact.

In this role you will
- Identify and research stories that bring our strategy and progress to life
- Produce written content including intranet posts, presentations and articles
- Produce video and graphic content
- Develop content plans and deliver these
- Use insights and metrics to measure the impact of our work so we can continually improve
- Collaborate on wider team activities including broadcasts, conferences and leader calls

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

- Ability to deliver business impact through visual content
- Video editing skills
- Ability to comfortably balance multiple long and short-term priorities and to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty
- Ability to apply digital insights to set targets for, and constantly improve, content and campaigns
