Content Reviewer - Templates (Philippines, remote)

Your role at Kittl

As a Content Reviewer at Kittl you will work with our Design Content Team to expand our template library. We aim to empower creators with content that inspires and enables exceptional design outcomes. You will revise designs to comply with publishing guidelines, tagging and categorizing them for better visibility. It also involves creating new designs and expanding the template library with trending styles and new categories.

What you'll do

• Design reviews: Review and revise designs created by other designers and the community, ensuring they meet publishing guidelines

• Descriptive tagging: Apply relevant descriptive tags, and ensure accurate categorization to enhance the presentation and visibility of designs

• Template design creation: Create designs for our template library ( , template library here: )

• Expand template library: Expand template library to new categories, trending designs styles and niches

What you'll need

• Education: University degree and graphic design experience, or, extensive graphic design (or closely related) experience

• Experience: Experience working with a start-up or design agency is a plus but not required

• Instinct/curiosity: A keen eye for aesthetics and details

• Graphic design knowledge: Wide-ranging knowledge of graphic design styles and applications, current trends, and appropriate terminology

• Standards: Commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness

• Portfolio: A versatile portfolio consisting of logo designs, merchandise graphics, stationery design, marketing assets, and other designs

• Adaptability: Skilfulness to seamlessly adapt to a broad spectrum of design styles and applications

• Working style: Ability to work well individually and good self-management skills

• Communication: Above average communication skills

• Availability: Availability between 9 am -11 am German time to communicate with your manager and the German team. All other full-time hours are yours to choose.

• Recruiter interview (30 min)

• Technical take-home assignment

• Technical interview (50 min)

• Leadership & bar raiser interview (45 min with the Product Content Lead and Chief of Staff, right hand to CEO)
