Job Title: Content Services CoordinatorA little bit about our team:
This is a pivotal role within the central video supply chain, supporting each of the UK labels and reporting into the Content Services Manager.
Your role:
You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality control, timeliness, monetisation, and adherence to the global technical standard, as well as supporting local requirements around video and the law in the UK.
Here you'll get to:
Warner Music UK Labels' video supply chain, Pre-Production:
Central point of coordination between UK Marketing and Audience Managers, Creative Production, Digi Ops, PDM, UK Commercial, and WMX US Operations team, for all UK-originated video content (official promos, lyric videos, live, behind the scenes, Apple Motion Art etc).
Liaise with labels to coordinate the delivery, receipt and ingestion of broadcast quality video masters, and appropriate metadata elements, in time for release.
Quality-check all video content and ensure compliance with our global standard. For example, conducting technical checks for frame rate issues, visual/audio distortion etc. Reject content that doesn't meet standards and coordinate timely redelivery with UK labels.
Encode content and deliver to the central US video studio team, troubleshooting where required, communicating release plans and any timeline requirements.
Drive process adherence and best practice in striving to deliver all videos into WMG's central supply chain for both distribution and archiving. Make recommendations for video process optimisation where appropriate.
Ensure Confidential and High Security releases follow relevant content-protection procedures at all times.
Own the video pre-production process for Rhino UK repertoire. Support ADA video pre-production where required.
Maintain UK video release schedule, aligned with Creative Production.
Maintain departmental tracker. Update regularly to include videos delivered into the digital supply chain, as well as any that are sideloaded and require claiming. Provide weekly updates to labels using traffic-light systems to highlight issues.
Formatting and minor edit work.
Deputise for Content Services Manager when required.
YouTube asset prep and monetisation:
Centrally manage the encode of YouTube HD files. Deliver within agreed timeframe to relevant digital marketing manager, to side-load to YouTube in emergencies only.
Complete CMS registration with correct metadata to ensure monetisation.
British Board of Film Classification - delivery of physical and digital content:
Submission of video content to BBFC for age-rating certification, ensuring compliance with BBFC's bespoke platform. Working alongside Creative Production and U.K. Marketing and Video Coordinators.
This includes digital repertoire (Videos being delivered to DSPs requiring age ratings) and physical products (DVDs and Blu Rays which require ratings under U.K. Law).
TV Broadcast Servicing and Harding Tests.
Service promo videos for UK and US labels and ensure they are distributed to all UK broadcasters.
Manage relationship with UK TV-servicing company.
Review content and coordinate Harding tests for all videos (i.e. all global repertoire) being broadcast in the UK, where required. Coordinate modifications to content where necessary.
Video Transfer & Digitisation:
Transfer betacam and digital betacam tapes when necessary, working with the Asset Library, Rhino and Global Catalogue teams.
Digitisation using video software to create high quality files for use on YouTube and wider platforms.
International Marketing: Edits:
Working with the international marketing team to edit audio and video artist interviews.
Assist with ad hoc projects within the department as required.

Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Encoder and Adobe Audition or similar software.
Has an excellent understanding of digital files and music technology; experience in using a wide variety of IT systems on a day-to-day basis.
