Contract Author

A Global FS Firm requires a Contract Legal/Contract Author to work within the IT function to Prepare Schedules, including Technical Schedules, for the re-tendering of IT partner services, consolidating suppliers from seven to two under a new TOM.

Day Rate: £575-£630pd
IR35 Status: Outside
Duration: 6 months initially
Travel: 2 days a week in Central London

This Contract writer will have the following previous experience:

Worked as a Contract/Legal Writer previously with experience supporting & writing RFPs
Produced contract schedules for the implementation and ongoing services for technologies to be re-tendered
Developed contract service descriptions and definitions for the services to be procured from suppliers
Worked with stakeholders within IT, translating tech vocabulary to produce the contract schedules
Understands the Supplier side and have the ability to use that knowledge to translate into Contracts, closing loopholes
Ideally have a background in Bid Writing, Legal or from a Supplier perspective
