The Role
In this role, you will leverage your strong technical expertise to manage and optimize our data infrastructure. With hands-on experience in Snowflake, Python, and Azure, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust data pipelines and systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration, storage, and accessibility, enabling our organization to make data-driven decisions.
Your primary responsibilities will include designing and implementing scalable data architecture, optimizing performance, and ensuring data quality and reliability. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into efficient and effective data solutions. Your expertise in programming and systems will be essential in troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues, as well as continuously improving our data processes and workflows.
Skills and Experience Required
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data engineering within a biotech organization. Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Python, and Azure is essential. The ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment, as well as strong attention to detail, are also key requirements.
