Contract Logistics Real Estate & Project Manager

Your Role

The Real Estate & Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing real estate projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and adhering to all regulatory requirements. The role involves conducting market research, developing project plans, managing budgets, and providing regular updates to senior management. You are "living the ESG" whereby you contribute by developing tangible solutions to reduce the CO2 emissions in the Supply Chains of our Customers.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage real estate projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify new opportunities.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience of at least 2 years in (real estate) project management.
• Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Very good verbal and written knowledge of English and Dutch required. French language is an asset.
