Contract Senior Lawyer - Commercial

We, TLT, are seeking a Senior Lawyer or Legal Counsel with specialist knowledge in Commercial Contracts Law to support one of our large Commercial Clients. This role will involve working hybrid from the client's premises in Gloucester. The contract will be for an initial 6 months and will be paid a day rate via an Umbrella Company.

Your Role

Day to day you can expect to be involved with:

• Identifying, analysing and advising on client's needs, opportunities, risks and threats.
• Drafting and negotiating a full range of commercial contracts.
• Product offerings and proof of concepts.
• Legal developments (statutory or otherwise).
• Ensuring risks are addressed and appropriately raised, reported, and shared.

Your Skills and Experience

• You must be a Qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society Registered), already operating at a Senior level.
• Have a proven track record in business development and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Experience of supervising and/or managing a small team.
• Demonstrate first-class communication skills with the ability and confidence to engage with clients and colleagues at all levels.
• Ability to confidently provide strategic advice to a variety of TLT clients.
• Be an active, senior member of the team at TLT, with the commitment to developing the firm's offering locally and nationally.
