Contracts Manager

Vickerstock are pleased to be working with a major contractor, specialising in fit-out, on the appointment of a Contracts Manager.

Your new role as Contracts Manager

Responsible for the on time delivery of contracts.

Prepare budgets for contracts.

Create procurement schedule.

Ensure compliance with contract requirements.

Manage weekly reports on contract progress.

Lead Assistant Contract Managers.

Ensure provision of required contractual documentation.

Travel requirements

This role will likely require some periods of time working on global sites.

What you'll need to be successful

Previous experience in a similar role.

Project Planning skills.

Strong Commercial Awareness.

Ability to manage multiple projects.

Full right to work in the UK.
